1. Client Responsibilities
As a Clean Yard client, you agree to:
Provide and maintain safe, unobstructed access to the service area on your scheduled service day(s). If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the visit will be marked as skipped but billable.
Inform us of any changes to the number of pets or service preferences.
Keep your payment method current and pay all balances on time.
2. Initial & Heavily Soiled Cleanups
If your yard has a significant buildup of waste at the start of service, a one-time initial cleanup fee may apply. We'll notify you beforehand if this is the case.
If the yard has not been cleaned for over 1 month, it is normal some piles are missed on the first visit but by the 2nd visit it should all be cleaned up
3. Weather & Hazardous Conditions
Inclement weather or unsafe conditions may delay or prevent service. In these instances, we will reschedule your visit as soon as it’s safe to do so. Weather-related delays are not refundable, but we’ll always ensure your yard gets cleaned.
4. Pausing Service
Going out of town? Pets away? If you won’t need service temporarily, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to pause service and avoid being charged.
5. Waste Disposal Options
We offer two waste handling options:
Standard (Included): We bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin.
Haul-Away (Optional): For an additional monthly fee, we remove the waste from your property.
Please let us know if you'd like to upgrade to haul-away service.
6. Billing & Payments
Clean Yard services are pre-billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s service.
If your payment fails, we will notify you via email or text. Service will be paused until payment is resolved.
Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of service.
7. Pricing Changes
All prices and promotions are subject to change. Should a change occur, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by giving written notice (email or text is fine). We also reserve the right to cancel service at our discretion. Any unpaid balances remain due upon cancellation.
9. Liability
Clean Yard assumes no liability for:
Damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, or property
Illness or injury to pets
Missed service due to inaccessible yards or unforeseen issues
10. Privacy & Security of Your Information We take your privacy and data security seriously.
Clean Yard uses industry-standard measures to protect your personal and payment information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include:
SSL encryption for all online transactions
Secure payment processing through PCI-compliant platforms
Restricted access to sensitive data
Although we take strong precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

Upon a verifiable request, and subject to exceptions, we will:

Complete a transaction or fulfill a service you’ve requested
Detect or prevent fraud, security breaches, or unlawful activity
Debug, repair, or maintain service functionality
Comply with legal obligations
11. Agreement
By using Clean Yard’s services, you agree to all the terms above. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
