Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the  website and pet waste removal services operated by Clean Yard (“us”, “we”, or “our”)

Terms and Conditions of Service

Clean Yard and its employees guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using Clean Yard service, you, the customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use this service. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Access to Property:

By employing Clean Yard, you are granting Clean Yard employees’ access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and customer may be charged for full price of service.

Technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home. In no circumstances will this be allowed or required of any Clean Yard employee. There are and will be no exceptions to this rule.

Pricing:

Clean Yard pricing is determined based on service area. In addition, pricing is subject to change at any time. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time.  By ordering regular Clean Yard service, you are authorizing Clean Yard to charge your card following time of service in correlation with your chosen frequency of service and number of dogs. Customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin. Following initial service, customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received, Clean Yard reserves the right to pause services until payment in full has been received.

Service Options:

Service options are solely based on service area and services assigned by respective locations at a given time. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying Clean Yard of any changes in number of dogs or frequency of services. Customer is also responsible for notifying Clean Yard of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.

Referral:

Clean Yard will honor the referral policy wherein if you refer a friend and referred person schedules a regular scooping service with Clean Yard, referred customer will receive a free first cleanup. This initial free service only applies to the areas in which the offer is available.What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Inclement Weather:

In the event of inclement or extreme weather conditions, Clean Yard reserves the right to delay or cancel services out of an abundance of caution. During this time, customer will be notified of such an event and services will be rescheduled or adjusted accordingly.

Aggressive Animals:

If our assigned Clean Yard employee is unable to access the designated yard area due to an aggressive animal presence, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service.

Locked Property:

If the assigned Clean Yard employee is unable to access the designated yard space due to a locked gate, and cannot otherwise access a customer’s property, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Terms and Conditions of Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Terms and Conditions of Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clean Yard and its licensors.
