You get a text when your tech is on the way. They let themselves through the gate, walk the whole yard, and pick up everything — not just the spots you can see from the back door.
When they're done, they latch the gate and text you a photo of it. That's the part dog owners tell us they care about most. You never have to wonder whether someone left the gate open with your dogs out back.

Why scoop every week?
Dog poop doesn't just disappear into the grass. The CDC notes that roundworm eggs are carried in animal feces and get into people through contaminated dirt — and that young kids playing in the yard are the ones most at risk.

Do I need to be home?
No. Your tech lets themselves through the gate, scoops the whole yard, and texts you a gate-closed photo when they leave. Most customers aren't home for their visits.
Is there a contract?
