Is it safe for my dogs and kids?
Yes. The products we use are safe for dogs and kids, and eco-friendly. It is made for the yards families and pets actually use.
How often should I get my yard deodorized?
Whatever fits your yard. Some customers add it to every weekly visit, some every other week, and some once a month. Multiple dogs, a small yard, or a hot summer usually means more often. You can change it any time.
Can I add deodorizing to my regular pooper scooper service?
Yes. Deodorizing and sanitizing is an add-on, so your tech handles it on the same visit as the scooping. Mention it when you ask for your quote, or text us to add it to an existing schedule.
What is haul-away?
Normally your tech ties up the bags and leaves them in your trash bin. With haul-away, we take the bags with us instead, so nothing from the yard ends up in your can. It is an add-on some customers prefer.
Do I need to be home?
No. Your tech lets themselves through the gate, does the work, and texts you a gate-closed photo when they leave.
